He was very detailed oriented, built great professional relationship with our Top VIP guests, was very much involved in maintaining of our Ty Warner Penthouse Suite, as well as assisting the occupying guest of that suite as a Personal Assistant. Leendert-Jan knows luxury and the expectation of our guests. He worked very well together with other departments. He was well respected from his peers as well as the Hotel Management. I would re-hire Leendert-Jan in a heart beat.
