      Coordinating the community outreach arm of a long-standing photography facility. Simultaneously overseeing all major fundraising projects including the successful application to join the Arts Councils's NPO programme (2017), a £90,000 multi-year Children In Need project, various Local Authority funded programmes and a successful Crowdfunding Campaign securing £54,000. Responsible for partnerships and development work, delivering elements of the London Creative Network's ERDF (EU) funded activity. Delivering workshops and training sessions on funding and project management. Arts Award and qualification delivery and managing the delivering of an engaging and award-winning outreach department. Notable projects include: Healthy Relationships Project - working with groups of young offenders in partnership with Lambeth Youth Offending Service, this programme uses photography, film and applied theatre to support young people to discuss, explore and develop healthy relationships in their lives. This project was funded by Children In Need. Autography (2017). Supporting adults with Autism Spectrum Conditions to take part in creative endeavours. In this project I mentored project leader, Anna Farley and supported her to deliver the programme in the face of barriers presented by her own autism. I secured a £9,000 grant from Awards for All (Lottery) to pilot this project. British Black Panther project (2012), funded by Heritage Lottery Fund. This project led to the publication of the British Black Panther book, a 30 minute documentary, an oral history archive and a hugely popular exhibition at Photofusion Gallery in Brixton. Organised Youth, management and support of a youth-led initiative: Organised Youth focus on photography, curation, oral history interviews and story gathering for future generations.
