BoKlok is an innovative modular housing partnership between IKEA and Skanska. Development & delivery of BoKlok’s I&D Strategy, Action Plan and Communications Plan for all markets (Sweden, UK, Norway, Finland, Swedish modular housing factory), including: Education & senior engagement: Delivery of introductory I&D workshops for the BoKlok Leadership teams, establishing a common knowledge baseline, adjusting content and delivery to be audience specific.
