BoKlok is an innovative modular housing partnership between IKEA and Skanska. Leadership of the Skanska UK Pride Network providing a space for LGBTQ+ employees and allies to connect, and to support the business to increase inclusion for LGBTQ+ employees. Education: Delivered a ‘conversation about LGBTQ+’ session with over 80 senior leaders in the business, creating safe spaces for senior managers to build awareness of the LGBTQ+ experience.
