MS Outlook upgrade Floor walker trainer and support for 3 month contract. Part of a team of 6 trainers who gave VIP assistance to upgraders from Lotus Notes to MS Outlook 2013 for first wave of upgraders worldwide. We contacted all people on the morning of their rollover to make sure it went well, as well as take them through a questionnaire to prompt training opportunities with each individual user as client requirements We had a very high success rate and the project was highly praised by HPE UK and HSBC. As 2IC I also wrote and recorded several tutorial video for training other trainers and Power Users around the world for their waves going over the most common problems and fixes that we came across. I had previous experience in this type of role for New Horizons for NSW Fire and Rescue when they upgraded 2 years ago at all 4 of their main sites. Show less
