  Site engineering with Quality assurance knowledge was required for the expansion of a gold processing plant.Due to time constraints, working with the site manager installations had to be planned to be done correctly and reduce handling. Quality was of utmost importance too to ensure that the commissioning and tie in of the new to preexisting areas was seamless as the site was already processing minerals and shut downs had to be minimal.Plant was completed timely and within budget.

I was involved with the planning, assembly and installation of one of the world's tallest Vertical Tower Mills and SAG Mill.Additionally to this the installation of structural steel work,mechanical machinery, platework and piping required attention and technical corrections which needed to be verified through the client designers and engineers.All this required innovative solutions and at times unconventional methods of installation.
