Liz has been a pleasure to work with for many years. A great outgoing personality, good communicator, and extremely detailed. At Wetzel Brothers (RR Donnelley - Milwaukee), I managed a team of 8 designers. Liz handled the majority of projects that my team worked on. She received incoming projects from other RRD plants across the country and was able to, with great detail, pass along all important information to my team to execute these projects. I can attest that her focus and dedication made my day easier and helped to keep my team organized and on target. I have always appreciated Liz’s ability to advocate for customers, and make sure they are getting exactly what they are looking for. Creativity is another distinguishing characteristic of Liz, ands it is very apparent that creativity is not only important to her, but drives her to go the extra mile.

The world of Intercompany Sales is a different kind of customer service- and there are few people that display the professionalism and have the personality to successfully handle the ongoing demands of this Sales team. In our 4 years as coworkers at Wetzel Brothers, I have seen Liz go from Project Manager to Intercompany Sales Representative and she surely found her niche in the latter department. These are some of the toughest customers in our industry and while customer service can be a learned skill, this came very naturally for Liz. On top of that, she always had a good attitude, was always willing to go the extra mile (whether internally for her coworkers or externally for the customer), and was always dedicated to getting the job done right - and well. I will miss Liz's enthusiasm and passion at Wetzel Brothers but I know these traits will shine in her next position. Her can-do attitude and strong work ethic will hardly go unnoticed!

I was a crucial team member during RR Donnelley's implementation for this $15mm global account. I managed print fulfillment, which reached global markets such as Europe, Canada, South America and China. This includes approximately 18,000 JIT, Warehouse and Print at Desk publications.
