I established and led the Go-to-Market Enablement team - a team of Project Managers dedicated to driving collaboration and ensuring a smooth go-to-market execution for all products, features and services delivered to MYOB customers. We delivered some big projects, including the rollout of the government-mandated Single Touch Payroll solution to over a hundred thousand business customers with exceptional adoption rates; a brand new micro-payroll software solution that was delivered in just 6 weeks and smashed sales targets by 320% within a month of launch, and the retirement of a flagship desktop software product that saw 40,000 customers transition to the cloud. I also significantly improved operational capability, establishing ways of working and frameworks for the design, development and delivery of products to market, underpinned by Agile methodologies, and drove adoption of these across the business. Achievements:• Built a case and developed a team and framework for gathering pre-release customer testing and feedback across all products and services taken to market to ensure release quality and product-market fit, resulting in a 75% increase in recruitment satisfaction and 65% overall framework satisfaction• Oversaw the delivery and rollout of MYOB’s Single Touch Payroll solution - a new government payroll compliance mandate requiring significant change to small business payroll processes - to 120K MYOB customers, yielding an 95% adoption rate and a top-box CSAT of 82%• Delivered a brand new payroll software solution aimed at capturing micro business owners to market within an aggressive 6 week time frame, resulting in exceeding sales targets by 320% within a month of launch
