Maintained a high level of customer service during these transition periods by taking over responsibility for all travel, transfer office functions, and enrollment of Spring ’13 and ’14 applicants; assumed leadership role within the office and became a supervisor in July 2014. *Actively involved with the planning and running of Transfer Open Houses, Traditional Undergraduate Open House, and Explore Benedictine Day events on-campus. Collaborated with the Assistant Director of Freshman Admissions to redesign our Open House programming, resulting in exponential growth in attendance. *Worked closely with over 325 total transfer applicants through the admissions process – informing them of requirements, collecting documents, conducting focused follow-up communication, awarding institutional scholarships, individually counseling prospective students, and helping during the transfer advising sessions.
