I had the opportunity to work with LIz on a challenging project for me - hiring multiple candidates in a short space of time with fairly specific parameters. Some would be put off by this, but Liz's sheer tenacity made her take the challenge on. Throughout the process she was able to find the calibre of candidates that a lot of recruitment businesses would dream of, and was truly diligent in her screening process - despite the pressures put on by the heightened parameters, she was able to find us three exceptional candidates, with several more that I possibly would have hired, if I had bandwidth. She was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process, and would not hesitate to work with her again.

Liz approached me when I needed some guidance with a new role I had taken on through a network we were both connected to. She was on hand to offer me help and support and would be available on the phone or come in and meet with me between business meetings. Liz is hardworking thoughtful and above all helped me understand aspects of the role that were new to me as she said when she started in talent she had no one to guide her and wanted to give that support. It's rare you meet people who do things from the goodness of their heart, so thank you Liz!

[M]enable is a global movement across the Automotive Industry that is bringing together like minded people in the support of Mental Health issues. We aim to approach this area proactively, by creating a culture in the sector that encourages and embraces discussions about mental health - especially in the male dominated world of the motor industry. We believe that treating the symptoms when they emerge is too late and so for businesses to sustain growth, improve performance and engage their teams, the issues and stresses, should be discussed sooner. My role is to design and roll out wellbeing interventions and help to create a wellbeing culture at organisations within the automotive industry.

Part of the employee experience, EDI and wellbeing team. The majority of my role was designing and implementing bespoke wellbeing interventions to support a workforce of 12,000, covering a huge variety of job roles with varying levels of complexity and a unique solution required for each. This required me to be very proactive and take an evidence based approach to intervention design and always try to think ways to improve the experience of employees. I have overseen projects with little guidance or supervision and I’m very confident in my ability to deliver and positively impact. Some of the projects I managed include:Leading the wellbeing champions network - training and building a network of 100 employees to promote wellness across Surrey CC. Using data and insights from the wellbeing champions to inform on wellbeing support required and creating tailored solutions. Leading Surrey schools wellbeing - supporting local schools with their wellbeing needs, including a statutory wellbeing offering and an enhanced subscription offeringLeading Surrey Workplace Wellbeing Collaborative - a collaboration between local charities, non-profit and mental health organisations to support wellbeing needs of local employers.Leading psychological wellbeing support for care homes during and after covid-19 had a huge impact on employees. Working on 3 workforce of the future project groups: Organisational redesign - looking at different ways that we can redesign the organisation without restructuring with a focus on employee experience and wellbeing.Associate model - looking at different ways to engage with temporary employees to help recruit hard to fill roles.EVP creation and design - part of the project team working on our EVP redesign.I support Health, Wellbeing and Adult Social Care with different wellbeing needs including bespoke psychological support services.I support two employee networks: Early Careers Network and Disabled Employee Network

Managing key operational hires across Finance, Legal, HR within Resources and Business Transformation. With my agency experience, I was able to highlight inefficiencies, duplication and redesigned recruitment processes inline with agency style recruitment. I introduced new methods of working to decrease time worked on roles, the reliance on agencies and increase fill rates by headhunting and supporting managers with hiring. I supported on recruitment projects including website redesign and rebranding, the new onboarding of candidates, customer experience and designed and implemented commercial recruitment packages and SLA's for internal and external sales. Originally a 3 month contract, extended 2 times and then offered a permanent position.
