I worked with Aleksandar as a member of my development team from April until December of 2018. He was under my direct management and had a role of Backend Developer. His day-to-day responsbilities were: pick up issues from the pool of available issues, analyze and understand requirements, create a plan of implementation, implement required changes and get them reviewed. He also gave reviews to other teammates code. On the workplace Aleksandar showed himself as responsible, independent and capable employee. He was able to pick up and work with few programming languages (Ruby on Rails, Elixir + Phoenix) in a short period of time with good quality and speed. He is not only good in researching and implementing new exciting things, but also in doing casual and sometimes repetitive work, like replicating functionality all over the project. Aleksandar is constantly improving himself and his knowledge, reacts well on the feedback and has a great attitude. Overall, Aleksandar is a talented and hard-working employee. I would like to work with him again in the future. I strongly recommend him for any junior or middle level position.
