      Staff Trainer July 2018 – current The Compass Institute During this time, I have redesigned our programming documentation and in-serviced staff on correct implementation of Compass documents for trainee programs, data collection and family feedback. This role has required me to travel to the 4 Compass centres and work 1:1 or in small groups with staff to improve their program delivery as well as provide group training to the whole staff cohort of approx. 50 staff. Special Education Teacher April 2011 - July 2012 Nemarluk Primary School, Darwin, NT During this time, I was a classroom teacher to 6 students aged 9-12 with a range of addition educational needs across 2 different classroom settings. These were located in mainstream school environments but attached to the Nemarluk Specialist Education School located in Ludmilla, Darwin. Special Education Support Teacher April 2009 - December 2009 TEGS - Top End Group School, Darwin based, NT This role required travel to several remote Indigenous communities, to support classroom teachers with their special education students. During these years of teaching I was a classroom teacher in indigenous education.
