As a B2B Marketing Manager I help to increase the sells of corporate well-being and mental health support programs for employees. By the end of 2021, it had about 8M customers and 1M corporate clients.In this role, I was developing and implementing a marketing strategy for banking products for mid-market companies. I was also responsible for internal stakeholder relationships and presenting Marketing Department results to VP-level management.Key results on this position:• Developed and implemented 7 formats of offline&online events for audience of business owners, CEO, and CFO. These events were aimed to increase bank clients' loyalty and improve their relationships with sales managers. As a result of these events 87% of participants were ready to recommend the bank to their network.• Launched the online conference for retail business owners in 2 weeks. Attracted 7 speakers of VP- and C-level management of mid-market companies. Total outreach of this event was 3M users and 1K users watched a live translation. 3 contracts were signed right after event.• Launched a digital ads company of banking products for international trade. It was the first digital ads company for Mid-Market department. We used Google ads, Facebook ads, Yandex ads and programmatic channels. Total outreach was 10,5M target users.• Created from scratch a cooperation process between Marketing Department and Mid-Market Operating Business Department. My primary task was to deeply involve marketing team into business performance of the Mid-Market Department.
