I worked with Liz when I was CFO and she was the Director of Human Resources at the Chicago International Charter School Network. Liz transitioned into that role from another role at the network, and took on the challenge of learning and understanding the complex world of Human Resources with an incredible amount of grit, tenacity, and patience. Liz demonstrates the perfect balance of technical expertise coupled with a very human and empathic approach, both to her own staff, but also all of the organizational staff she supports. She brings that balance with passion for the organizational mission and a desire to constantly help others around her. On top of that, she is a really great person to work alongside. I highly recommend Liz.

Liz is very detail-oriented when it comes to analyzing large data sets, determining trends, and strategic next steps. Working with her allowed me to learn from a very strong model how to conduct a thorough analysis while considering multiple perspectives. She challenged me everyday to improve as a coach in teacher and leadership development and I have grown so much because of my work with her.
