Liz is hands down one of the best managers I’ve ever worked for. I’ve reported into Liz for almost the last 6 years where she has been thoroughly supportive throughout. A great mentor, extremely approachable and a natural leader. Liz has an ability to win over customers, brands and internal colleagues which I’ve always admired. Liz’s management style is the perfect blend of offering guidance while empowering the team to make decisions and action as required. Given the chance I wouldn’t hesitate to work for Liz again. I’m extremely grateful for her guidance throughout my career at Kondor and I would 100% recommend Liz who would be an asset to any company.
