  Working alongside the Marketing and Sales Departments, my job consists of managing day to day running of the CRM database to improve consistency and accuracy of the system. I have responsibility for interrogating data using the CRM system and Excel to create targeted marketing lists for mailers, both electronic & postal, and uploading to the e-tool. I analyse the results using reporting tools and Excel and record any follow up lead/activity back into the database from various sources including the website, which are then reported to management as required.
