Let's just start with Liz being an amazingly committed and hard-working individual period. Now, with that said, she is a wonderful person to collaborate with. Liz is one of the producers and co-screenwriters of the short film Malabar, which I wrote, directed and edited. But like many Independent films, Liz wore several hats (First AD, Script Supervisor, Production Manager, Casting Agent). Name it - she did it. And did everything in her power to make sure Malabar was the best it could be. And I think it worked out well, because Malabar is an award winning short that was acquired by HBO. I later worked with Liz as a producer for several Passport Magazine and Visit Florida travel videos. When you shoot a film or do travel videos you are with that person for 15 hour days. So, you not only better work well together, you better like each other too. Liz, on both counts is amazing. She's a hard, talented producer that will do everything in her power to make sure the project is a success, and you she can totally hang for 15 hour and still be a fun to be around. If you're not working with Liz Pasillas - You're missing out!
