I am working to help crystallise bold eye-catching goals and policies intended to give direction to the rapid action needed, and to harness a new scale of public and stakeholder support. National Parks are protected for their stunning landscapes and historic and cultural value. Now they need to become beacons of hope in our race to restore nature and stabilise the climate we all depend upon, whilst demonstrating that we are all richer in a fairer more inclusive world.

  I led a team of political advocacy experts, lawyers and planners advising Friends of the Earth's campaigns from stopping fracking and tackling air pollution to saving bees.I led a very large NGO campaign against the Lobbying Act - uniting organisations from the Red Cross to the Countryside Alliance to defeat a serious attack on civil society’s freedom to campaign.
