I've worked with Liz for about four years now and I've never met anyone as eager or motivated to take a good idea and just run with it until it's done (and done well). Although she & I both dislike clichés, she definitely thinks outside the box when she encounters limitations, and finding efficient ways to still make things happen anyway without cutting corners. I've always felt I could trust her with anything that needed to be done, and without any need to really manage.

While managing operations of the company, I was also responsible for finding clients, developing their content needs, writing video copy and/or creating storyboards to see that their needs were communicated to the video crew, wrangling crew schedules and production paperwork, overseeing the shoot, editing the video, and final delivery.It was also during this time I wrote and produced two seasons of the webseries, WRECKED.
