Liz is not a "boss" or "manager" Words that better suit Liz are- Mentor, Problem solver, Excellent Listener, Motivator and most importantly a "Good Leader". I say this after working with her for more than a year (Still working hee hee). With all seriousness though, the reason Lizlyn Careers is such an amazing service provider and a great place to work is because the Founder has good principles and some really high standards of work ethic!

Liz is a very talented, full of energy, highly adaptable, encouraging and supportive, and an effective leader. She knows what she wants and motivates her team to excel. She is the perfect mentor, excellent boss, exceptional human one can ever come across in life. She is a smart business strategist and knows how to ace her game. There is a lot one can learn from her as she is open to share her knowledge and understandings with everyone. She is a person who knows how make right with the wrong. Liz is definitely a person who will fill the gaps you might be facing in your career or organisation structures! More power to you Liz!

As Proprietor I play a strategic role in driving the business forward in the operations department. Lizlyn Careers was set up to recruit for the small to medium enterprises around Mumbai. These industries act as the backbone of the economy and often struggle to get the right talent. We are able to attract the right staff to match the tasks involved but moreover by finding the people with the right attitude, which is a very important attribute in the SME sector. You can visit our Website www.lizlyncareers.com and read some of our blogs in order to get some innovative tips on job hunting.

As Operations manager I was managing around 20-30 accounts on a daily basis. AWF is a temporary labour hire company that provides labour skilled and unskilled to their clients in the manufacturing industry. I recruited candidates for jobs for the packing industry, logistics and general labour work, we also recruited for some office roles based on the needs of our clients. I was also in charge of servicing the clients needs on a day to day basis, and making sure my staff were paid wages on a week-to-week basis.
