      As a Support Specialist my primary objective was to meet the needs of my clients through providing training and support for the e3 HRIS software; my specialty areas were in Benefits and Payroll modules, as well as on-site administrative training for new clients. Support was provided in the form of phone queue, ticketing system and direct email contact and my personal output was at a 75% same-day-resolution. Between on-boarding new clients and supporting existing clients I was consistently tasked with creating training content for both internal and external use in the form of step-by-step documents, webinars, Powerpoints and seminar demonstrations. Additionally, I was part of the Carrier Feed Team who audited and manually sent over 50 uniquely coded Carrier Feeds each Friday to ensure accurate and timely delivery of enrollment data for our clients. As part of my Benefits specialty, I was responsible for building, reviewing, auditing, testing and maintaining the benefit components for our clients, which also included their Open Enrollment period each year. In August of 2018 I earned my FPC from the American Payroll Association and was frequently responsible for assisting clients with processing their first and second payrolls within the e3 system, answering client payroll questions, providing payroll related reports, training on use of the payroll components, and other essential duties. In this role I worked with a team of developers, a team of support staff and our marketing department, as well as directly with the CEO and Lead Software Architect to provide a seamless implementation, Support and excellent ongoing Client Experience.
