As Communications and Compliance Manager (CCM), I work within the City Manager’s Office, with a wide scope of responsibilities. I encourage positive customer contact, and ensure consistent, credible, and professional city-wide communications. I also help the City sustain a high level of professional excellence and ensure best practices for the largest departments of the City through management and facilitation of accreditation and professional standards compliance. I develop, organize and manage the strategic City-wide communications efforts and assist in the development and dissemination of appropriate projects; collaborate with all departments as needed; oversee City communications, including the use of social media, print media and website; and serve as the City’s point of contact for local press/media.
