We’ve also purchased Nextgen Electronic Health Records’ system which is being custom designed and will be implemented in early 2011.ACT Medical Group, PA, will continue to operate as it has in the past, so we will now be three companies under one roof. Furthermore, Dr. Barry A. Moore, sole owner of ACT Medical Group, PA and ACT Health Management Services, LLC entered into a partnership with Corey Lawson, MPH and formerly sole owner of Precision Health Care Services, LLC, located in Kinston, North Carolina.Dr. Moore, now CEO of Precision and Corey Lawson, COO plan to expand their service offerings to the Goldsboro area in the near future and to partner with ACT Health Management in marketing these services as wrap-around options to long term care facilities in the area served by ACT Medical Group. Precision Health Care passed their CABHA certification and now provides Partial Hospital, Case Support Team, Day Treatment, Substance Abuse (SACOT and SAIOP), Therapy, Psychiatry, Intensive in-home and Psychosocial Rehabilitation services and has a staff of approximately 50 at this time.
