It's rare to report to a manager who is also a thoughtful coach, an amazing seller, and technically skilled in the product. But I had all of that and more with Livingston. I had the pleasure of reporting directly to Liv during my time at Smartsheet. He provided enormous support for me as I ramped up remotely — he always made himself available if I had one-off questions or needed support. One thing that's apparent when working with Liv: he cares deeply about the people on his team. Not only in a professional capacity, but as human beings with their own unique challenges. He constantly created a space where I felt comfortable to speak my mind — my 1:1's with him were always a rewarding part of my day. I learned a lot from Liv about the craft of selling, valuable mindsets, and effective communication that I will take with me throughout my career. I'd love to cross paths with Livingston again and am excited to see the continued impact he has as a leader and mentor.

I had the pleasure to work with Livingston for 2 years while at Smartsheet. In the beginning of our working partnership I leveraged his experience in deal structure to apply to the needs of my customers. Most of these deal structures were outside of the box. Year two I reported directly to him as apart of our Strategic Organization where he taught me system automation and best practices within a SaaS environment. He was a huge supporter of mine throughout the entire year and never stopped making sure I was set up for success. Livingston is an excellent Sales Professional and a great Sales Leader. He has a very sharp focus on detail and numbers and would bring value to any organization.
