I have had the pleasure of working with LV over the past year - We have implemented several projects together across the Good Hotel brand, and none of which would have been as successful without his input. LV holds himself and anyone around him to the highest standard, and in order to do so has developed and extremely wide set of knowledge and skills. This array of ability, mixed with a continuous passion to learn means that he is respected at any table, regardless of the topic at hand. Each person instantly enjoys interacting with him, his team follow and respect him. I cannot speak more highly of LV and am certain that he would be an invaluable leader in any team.
