  Started as a constructor for several months, later moved to production. As a constructor I became familiar with design of constructions company makes from engineer's point of view. Been working with Autodesk Advance Steel. This gave me some excellent knowledge for moving to production manager position as it made communication with designers and constructors a lot easier. Also used my previous experience of production planning. Daily task consists of every day's meeting with other production managers, working with production management sistem (PMS), planning activity for workers (20+), calculating resources (material), working very closely with designers while looking for sustainable solutions in every possible way for any situation that occurs.
