Teaching new employees company policies, rules, regulations, expectations, and job description. Growing new hires in a position, and tracking their progress with end-of-day reports to both the employee and manager. In order to do so, I was trained extensively in front house, back house, and also attended a rising star program to be versatile in all position including leadership positions. As a Brand Ambassador, I attended workshop hours to help the company grow technologically to reach a variety of different crowds. Workshops included learning about a new point system, promoting our new platforms. Introducing new technology to our loyal customers and new customer reaching one hundred people to personally began their five-star experience with Viva Chicken. Show less
