Bio
I have known Litul for the past two and a half years now. We work together in C&A Foundation - but not in the same team. Litul is an asset to the organisation. To say the least, his analytical skills, his consciousness of the most marginalised populations, his self-confidence inspire me. I’ve been in the sector for the past two decades (almost)... but I am yet to meet someone like Litul who’s so open to new ideas and is constantly trying to think out of the box, take risks and innovate. I love his positive attitude towards work - he takes on far beyond his own job description and tries his best to function as a team player. He looks at holistic solutions rather than focusing on parts. Litul will go places... and he is just about warming up in the sector. I wish the very best for all his future endeavours in the foundation and beyond.
