Her knowledge for Human Resource Management grows deeper with each passing day which she teaches so passionately! She not only makes the classroom environment super interesting but also has a strong personality outside the classroom. She is talented and best expresses it with her keen interest in the dance form which she so gracefully puts forth leaving everyone jaw dropped. As an alumni of St. Joseph's College, Bangalore , I have had the pleasure of knowing Litty Ma'am, and being her student throughout my Undergraduate Program. During my term at SJC between 2018 and 2021, I have attended diverse classes that were tutored by her. From theoretical courses like Human Resource Management and Corporate Law to practical, arithmetic papers like Income Tax, her knowledge across multiple areas is insightful and well updated. The student's best interest is the driver for her pace, subject matter and pedagogy adopted. Her uniqueness lies in combining exceptional natural ability with innovative methods to make classes effective and fun. As my mentor, she was truly supportive, understanding and a source of guidance to me.
