Lissa and I worked together at TKA in the PPC Department. Initially together as Campaign Strategists, Lissa excelled into the position of Head of Department within a few months. Head of PPC included new responsibilities such as Training and running departmental Budgets, all of which Lissa has proven capable of handling with ease. Within the first several months under Lissa's stewardship, Lissa brought in a series of changes which has restructured and streamlined the tasks and performance of the PPC Department, including an expansion into SEO. However Lissa's main achievement in my eyes was reducing department Cost whilst increasing Sales in a time of mass department change. Lissa is a fantastic individual, who is patient and hardworking. Lissa would be an asset to any team.
