The 2016 Revenue target was $228M in new installs, with recurring revenue billing an average of $17M per month. COX Business Internet, Type III and small cell were some of the products added in 2016. Lead project teams on order management and revenue assurance issues including: o Carrier Disputes: 3 months reviewing more than 10k disputes totaling more than $6M. More than half were resolved in COX’s favor. Root caused the issues and re-educated teams on pricing issues. Created new process flows and secured agreements with disputes team to ensure disputes are addressed in a timely manner and do not age beyond 60 days. o Carrier Future State Operating Model: Completed requirements for Carrier Future State operating model, including Center of Excellence (COE) re-organization and completed the business cases for both interim solutions as well as longer range plan requiring a significant capital investment. Lead COX Business team on post installation carrier customer relationship management. Drive and support all initiatives in this space including Ethernet Performance Management Reporting (EPMR), E-bonding, Operational Reviews, and corrective action plans.
