I'm working as a technical writer, writing user/customer documentation. Norden Machinery manufactures tube filling machines in different sizes and with different capacities and solutions. The documentation consists of e.g. Operator's Manual, Electric Manual, and Instruction Manual. Also making images of e.g. spare parts taking 3D CAD drawings and making exploded views of the parts. I'm working as a consultant at Sigma Technology which is a global company that offers services, for example, within information logistics. I'm in an assignment as a project planner at SAAB/Kockums - responsible of updating, keeping track of, and following up the project plan in the tool Aveva ERM. I'm in an assignment as a project planner at SAAB/Kockums - responsible of updating, keeping track of, and following up the project plan in the tool Aveva ERM. I'm working together with system responsibles, project managers, and specialists. Before, I worked as a technical writer and as Customer Product Information (CPI) coordinator at Ericsson on the Charging Compound node/network element which is on an overall system level. I wrote new, and updated existing, user documentation and some market documentation that describes how Ericsson's OS works. I mainly described how new and enhanced functions were used in the system, and how they cooperated. During my years as a consultant at Ericsson (2007-2018), I also have had the roles of CPI coordinator on Component level, Product Customization (PC) coordinator, and at the same time technical writer. At Ericsson, illustrations (vector graphics) are drawn and/or updated in Illustrator or Visio and traffic flows are made in a sequence diagram editor or Visio. All documents are written in English. At Ericsson all teams work Agile and one track in each project. In the assignment at IKEA, we made their requirement documentation for vendors being aligned, developed templates and guidelines for how the documents should be written, and also made improvements of the content. Additionally, we wrote requirements for how we would like a new content management system should work for documentation. IKEA was at that time looking for a new CMS system. To prepare their documentation for this, we worked in DocFactory (developed by Sigma) for the time being, splitting up the information into modules which could be reused in many documents.

All kinds of flower arrangements, such as bridal bouquets, funeral arrangements, arrangements for scenes, and of course "usual" bouguets and decorations. Also, all kinds of tasks included in a flower shop, like cleaning, handling the flowers at delivery to the shop, etc, etc. There I learned how to meet different kinds of people and to serve customers. It was really fun to meet so many different people every day.
