Windows servers and SQL servers I have created a process using the tool FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). I did this to create customer satisfaction. Based on the process, I created a prioritization order using the formula found in the FMEA formula RPN (Risk Priority Number), RPN = Po * S * Pd. Where Po (Probability of occurrence) is how likely it is that the problem will occur, a list 1–10 is produced where 1 is unlikely and 10 is highly probable. S (Severty) Minimum consequence 1 for example, forgot password and cannot access the system. Highest consequence 10 for example, the system is down, a database has crashed. Pd (Probability of detection) Highest probability of detection 1, the problem is always detected before it occurs. Lowest probability of detection 10, improbable that the error is detected and can not be tested. I did the associated templates to the prioritization order this to teach customers to use templates and to know that we as software developers always sent out the same question on a problem. There were some adjustments over the first few years before I had adjusted the support system so that all customers were satisfied. This meant that I increased customer satisfaction to 85–90%.
