Lisch is as much of an inspiring lecturer as she is a supportive colleague. Working with her during her NQT year I saw her go from strength to strength, constantly trying to improve not only her skillset but wider knowledge. She fit smoothly into the team and was running courses on her own within months and then took on the course management of level 2 and 3 Media & Photography. I genuinely hope I get to work with her again in the future.
