Bio
Ernie Brown
When I joined CRS in January 2016, it was immediately evident that Lisa was regarded as a valuable and well-respected member of the Professional Development team. While working directly with her over the past year-and-a-half, I was consistently impressed by Lisa’s exemplary work ethic, commitment to quality, and her eagerness to take on new responsibilities and challenges to advance our strategic initiatives. Lisa played a key role in helping to shape and advance the CRS webinar content strategy, and was also the ‘voice of CRS’ as she hosted/moderated dozens of webinars. Leveraging her editorial skills and keen attention to details, Lisa was instrumental in managing course maintenance and enhancement projects, as well as program planning for our annual education and networking conference. It was a pleasure working with Lisa. I am confident she will be an asset to any organization lucky enough to have her as a team member. Elizabeth Cotner Glennon
Lisa is always reliable and very professional in everything she does. During the time that I worked with her at Imagination, I knew I could count on her for well-researched reporting, strong writing (particularly for Web content) and thorough copy editing. It was a pleasure to work with her.
