Lisa is probably the easiest developer I've worked with. She seems to enjoy it when things become difficult (weird) and when scope creeps (very weird). She worked tirelessly to produce high quality work for WF clients and keep learning in the process. She's someone you can go to for advice and is extremely dependable. She was a big part of helping train jr developers during times of quick growth within the company.

Lisa is one of the most talented developers I've ever had the chance to work with. Her intuition and design/marketing sense in being able to know what things should function and look, is extremely valuable and makes her far more than just a front-end developer. Add to that, she is extremely efficient with low errors and QA issues, and her personality brought fun and character to the dev team.

At WiderFunnel, my main responsibility was to develop pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible variations for our clients’ A/B experiments, and perform quality assurance evaluations to ensure a bug-free experience. I was also in charge of mentoring the junior developers to ensure that their code adhered to our best development practices. Additionally, I was entrusted with owning the entire front end aspect of the Widerfunnel.com website. Based in WordPress, I used PHP, Javascript and Sass to heavily modify the site’s completely customized design, and worked with multiple RESTful APIs to implement its social network and lead generation features. Finally, I created technical documentation for the marketing team on how to best utilize the site’s custom shortcodes and plugins that I created. Front End Skills • HTML5 / CSS3 (including Sass) • JavaScript (vanilla, jQuery, Handlebars) • Cross-browser/platform compatibility • Responsive design • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator Back End Skills • PHP • SQL • RESTful APIs (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Salesforce, GoToWebinar) Marketing Skills • A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, Maxymiser, Adobe Target) • Google Analytics (tracking events) • Technical documentation • WordPress (custom themes, plugins) Show less

As ePACT Network's sole front end developer, I was responsible for programming, maintaining and debugging the entire front end of the ePACT website. This involved collaborating with the UX team to translate their wireframes into fully functional websites, and using Javascript to develop their internal software components. I also used PHP to create completely customized WordPress themes for their media site, and designed and developed my own UI prototypes for their custom form builder. Luckily, I was also able to utilize my back-end development and marketing skills. With my knowledge of Java and SQL, I assisted the back-end development team with data modeling, retrieval and manipulation, and worked extensively on their PDF form creator module using Angular.js. On the marketing side, I implemented best SEO practices on their websites, integrated Google Analytics for events tracking and A/B testing, and created custom email and website templates for Hubspot. Finally, I created technical documentation for the marketing team and analysis reports on our A/B testing results. Front End Skills • HTML5 / CSS3 (including Less & Sass) • JavaScript (vanilla, jQuery, Angular) • Cross-browser compatibility (including IE7) • Responsive and UI design • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Back End Skills • Java (including Freemarker) • SQL • Git/SVN • PHP Marketing Skills • Google Analytics (tracking events, A/B testing) • SEO best practices • Technical documentation and analysis reports • WordPress (custom themes, plugins) • Hubspot Show less

Web Monocle was a website-monitoring company that aimed to increase productivity for office organizations and also strengthen internet safety for young children using the Internet. As Web Monocle's front end developer, I worked with their design team to translate wireframes into responsive, cross-browser friendly code using HTML, CSS3, PHP and Javascript. In addition, I prototyped and developed their kid-friendly website whitelist feature using PHP, and both created and customized the company's WordPress blog using PHP and MySQL. Show less
