I had the pleasure of working for Lisa in Product Management. It's difficult to imagine working for anyone who is as talented and genuine as she is. I felt I was just as much a part of her journey as she was mine. As a manager she spent time learning about the most effective ways to motivate and support me in producing my best work. She is effective at asking questions to strengthen a plan while remaining supportive. Lisa spearheaded the largest market research initiative in the history of the company and developed the groundbreaking yet risk-managed model for the future of fitness. To do this, she leveraged her reputation which is built on strong financial intelligence and a willingness to listen and uncover even the most esoteric of trends. I sincerely hope that one day our paths will cross again to partner on new projects.

Lisa was both my manager and my mentor for my 2.5 year tenure at Life Fitness. I was always in awe of Lisa’s ability to command a room, and get people on board with ideas—even people who were initially on completely different pages. She is a true team leader, a great strategist, and always knew the right questions to ask to get answers I never even knew we needed! Lisa is a true asset to any company.
