Lisa is an exceptionally efficient and detailed oriented proposal specialist. I have worked with her for a year and every day I am affected by her dedication and enthusiasm for her work. Her energy motivates everyone she works with, from pricing and contract specialist to graphic designers and subject matter experts. Additionally, Lisa’s Lean Six Sigma training is perfectly suited to proposal management and she applies her knowledge to each effort she leads. Although Lisa was initially hired as a proposal coordinator, her performance was exceptional and she quickly began to act as a proposal manager leading efforts with minimal direction from other proposal managers. Capture directors often state how happy they are working with Lisa on proposal efforts and frequently request that she be assigned to their proposal efforts. Lisa is a talented, hard-working and enthusiastic co-worker as well as a delight to collaborate with.

I am a reliable and organized Proposal Coordinator who works best in a team environment. I have experience leading winning proposal efforts that span across numerous Government departments and agencies such as DOC, DOL, DOI, and DHS. I was responsible for coordinating the many moving pieces of proposals, such as: -Efficiently reviewing all RFP documents to accurately understand all necessary proposal criteria -Compiling the necessary information (qualitative and quantitative) from a multitude of sources such as SMEs, recruiting, directors, and executive management -Formatting large Microsoft Word document content and ensuring compliance with Government regulations -Working with teammates to strengthen business relationships -Copy-editing final proposals -Producing/submitting deadline-based products in an organized and timely manner -Running and participating in formal color reviews -Organizing all final proposal components to create a compliant and engaging document -Supporting the completion of capabilities statements and RFIs I was directly responsible for coordinating the completion of all task orders as released under two separate umbrella contracts. Under one of these contracts, I have submitted over 50 Task Orders since May 2014. Show less
