I had the pleasure of working with Lisa at Skillcrush for over 2 years and I couldn’t have asked for a better team member. From her very first day, she was ready to dive in and get started. She was always driven to help out the team and take on more responsibility in her role. When the need arose for a SME, she was ready to take the lead. As a SME, she generated amazing ideas that made it clear that she was able to maintain the big picture view of the classes while also diving into the details to help students solidify their learning. Over the past 2 years, Lisa has taken over a number of essential functions on the team and has made them her own while also improving them. Not only is she a fantastic teammate, but her developer and teaching skills are top tier. She is always adding to her skillset and is able to easily take a complex topic and simplify it for students without overwhelming them.
