In August of 2020 Atlas Holdings LLC bought Exide Technologies which then became three companies. Stryten Energy LLC, Element Resources LLC and Motrex LLC. I reside under the shared services company, Motrex LLC.Support delivery of the Strategic Business Plan, and key programs and project initiatives for the transportation, industrial and recycling portfolios spanning over 50 projects in operations and business. This includes yearly strategic planning; coaching project managers to ensure projects are on time, on budget and on scope or escalating as needed, and communicating key portfolio/ project needs and risks to executive leadership. •Co-created a strategy process for the companies and now lead the continuous strategy input team process to adjust and create the best strategy yearly•Led a $26M Capital program to shutdown the lead portion of the Columbus plant and move key processes to other locations•Standardized use of MS Project timelines, critical paths and regular updates and mitigation across Exide Americas.•Co-created Project Manager training to ensure standard tools and project manager processes are followed throughout the companies Show less
