In August of 2020 Atlas Holdings LLC bought Exide Technologies which then became three companies. Stryten Energy LLC, Element Resources LLC and Motrex LLC. I reside under the shared services company, Motrex LLC.Support delivery of the Strategic Business Plan, and key programs and project initiatives for the transportation, industrial and recycling portfolios spanning over 50 projects in operations and business. Managed a team of program managers to create value for the consumer Rubbermaid brand and then Baby Division to efficiently commercialize products that grow the business. Actively managed more than 42 cross functional product development teams and commercialized 14 new products. • Commercialized 9 new products, including a stroller with pre-launch of $10.6 iRev / GRac • Managed stage gate processes to ensure efficient resourcing and decisions were made in commercializing new products. Led Baby to become a $1 billion sales division. • Managed team of program managers that commercialized Freshworks®, which was number two in sales for the company. • Managed merger of NUK (Acquired German company) into existing process and delivered all projects on time, budget and quality while complimented for efficiency difference since adding PMO to this group.
