Paul F. Huberty

I had the opportunity to work with Lisa for seven years and I was continuously impressed with her creativity, attention to detail, and extensive project management experience. Lisa sought to understand the business priorities and goals, and would then develop the marketing and communications strategies and plans to accomplish those goals. Developing strong, productive relationships is key to success in such a complex organization, and Lisa cultivated those partnerships to ensure success. I always found Lisa to be pleasant, collegial, and enthusiastic. She has new and fresh ideas, and is ready to try something new to stay ahead of the competition.

In my tenure at Chester County Hospital, I was fortunate enough to work alongside Lisa on many projects. Her attention to detail, creativity and 'out-of-the-box' thinking is evident in all that she does. Lisa was always my go-to person when I had a question about grammar, needed to bounce an idea off of someone, or was simply stuck on how best to approach a challenge. Her professionalism and leadership qualities are unparalleled.
