Her passion for the Building Solutions program took it new heights and garnered renewed respect within all levels of the company, from her customers--field sales, all the way to senior executive leadership. She is organized to a fault, detail oriented and gets the job done no matter what. I saw first hand how she took a program in need of new life and turned it around, all the while nurturing and developing a strong team to support those efforts.
