  Pepp is a non-profit organization that is working towards equality in engineering. The main tool is a mentorship between young females and female engineering students, but we are on our way to broaden the scope of work to target other groups and contribute more to the industry. In other terms, Pepp is going from an entrepreneurial start-up to scale-up in the coming years. My role in the advisory board is to, together with the rest of the board, to set the long term strategy and to ensure that the organization performs according to it. I also contribute with my experiences in senior leadership, communication, and strategy.

  Swedish Aviation Group is a network for Swedish companies in aviation, with a target to develop international business. My role in SAG has been as a part of the board, where I have initiated and driven the job of setting a new strategy, in which the value proposition to the members is ensured. I have led workshops and strategic meetings, in order to find a new vision and set high targets for the organisation. The organisation aims to become Sweden's largest network for international aviation business.

  Nordic MRO is an Aircraft maintenance organization, based in Sweden. Our biggest markets are Sweden and Italy, but we have local stations in other locations in Europe as well. I was hired to change the strategic direction from growth to profitability and find the right markets for profitable contracts. In February 2020 a new strategic plan was presented to and accepted by the board. As the pandemic hit, my main task switched to ensuring the survival of the company. In this process I have lead a reconstruction of the company (equivalent to protection under Chapter 11 in the US) in which expensive contracts were either renegotiated or terminated. A large reorganization was also done in order to meet the decreasing needs of the market. The focus now is to ensure the continuous survival of the company without endangering the competitiveness and quality that we are known for.
