      As Director of the APEX Peak Performance Center, Lisa focused her work with veterans and wounded warriors to help them develop key peak performance skills that facilitate self-awareness, empowerment, and self-mastery. She delivered these programs by combining peak performance mental skills and advanced biofeedback technologies to develop and enhance clients’ results. Lisa coached leadership skills at various levels throughout organizations and tailored learning modules based on specific client needs to increase output from the workforce while focusing on professional development from the individual and the organization. She assessed development of progress of individual and team performance as well as assisted in ongoing curriculum development to enhance leadership development and competencies among clients. Her work focused on cognitive development for the improvement of individual and organizational performance by promoting mental toughness to thrive in challenging environments and facilitate self-regulation during critical times for optimal performance through targeted training and development techniques. In addition, Lisa developed a number of integrative medicine protocols and health related guided imagery scripts to aid in the treatment of a range of medical conditions and injuries.
