To whom this may concern: This letter is my personal recommendation for Lisa Eaves. I assisted on the hiring of Lisa for one of my clients in 2011. As an HR professional I am adept at evaluating talent and performance. Overall I found Lisa to be pleasant, hardworking and very results-oriented. Besides being a joy to work with, Lisa is a take charge person who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. As the Director of Academic Success for my client, she quickly assessed the opportunities for educational programming and conceived several key value-added programs for the agency to implement. In summary, Lisa possesses the knowledge, skill and ability that one would expect of a seasoned professional in her field. I have a great deal of respect and admiration for her and am proud to provide this letter of reference on her behalf. Please let me know if you have any questions I can answer about Lisa, or if I can expand on anything in particular. Sincerely, Kevin E. Cruse Principal HR Cruse & Associates LLC

I worked with Lisa Eaves for nearly 9 years while serving as an Executive Director with the Boys & Girls Clubs. When Lisa came aboard as the Director of College Bound, the program lacked focus and direction. Within a very short period of time Lisa was able to implement programs and strategies which produced record-breaking success. For the first time, kids were excited about education. Some of the programs she implemented included a college tours, SAT preparation, college and career fairs, and the Boys & Girls Club scholarship. Both students and parents raved about the difference that College Bound made in their lives. She and her team made the dream of college attendance a reality for many of our youth. Many club members who had not even seriously considered college are now college graduates and productive members of society. This is a testament to Lisa’s leadership and vision! It was indeed a pleasure to work with a true professional. Lisa's skill sets and varied experiences would be an asset to any organization and I reccommend her without reservation.
