I had the utmost pleasure of having Lisa on my team at Chownow in 2022. Lisa is driven, smart and compassionate. She is a team player, always willing to step up to the plate to help anyone out. I can remember numerous times where she raised her hand to offer a new idea, assistance in translating for someone or just support to someone who needed it. Lisa does not shy away from a challenge, she steps right in and rolls up her sleeves. While in the Miami market she took on several tough projects and was able to see them to the end. She built new relationships that brought in great new business and she truly partnered with the other person in her territory to make the market as strong as possible. What I loved the most about Lisa is that she wasn’t afraid to ask for help or raise her hand with a great idea. As a leader one of the things I value most is when someone opens my eyes to a challenge we may be facing and brings and idea on how to solve it. Lisa consistently did that. You truly won’t find a better pick than Lisa. Having her on your team will make everyone better.
