I worked with Lisa for a total of 6 years. Over two of those years she reported to me. Lisa is a pleasure to work with, determined, dedicated, and collaborative. She has lead the People and Culture department with compassion, revamping almost every personnel policy, and creating a culture staff was proud to work for. Lisa has consistently increased her knowledge in human resources as the need arised. She understands the role of the human resource department in a organization and I would work with her again or hire her in a heartbeat.

I had the pleasure of working alongside Lisa for two years as her supervisor at Morris Animal Foundation. Lisa is a strong HR leader and invaluable thought partner. She is extremely organized and productive, and very strategic and thoughtful in her approach - effectively balancing the organization’s needs and supporting employees to ensure that they can thrive in their work environment. Lisa also does an impressive job ensuring that she and her team deliver in line with the organization’s strategies and core values, leading by example in building company culture. Her teammates enjoy working with her and learning from her HR expertise and high emotional intelligence.
