Some of my key achievements whilst working with STEM Learning include: - Writing and implementing strategic communication plans: fully comprehensive communications plan for STEM Insight presenting strong strategic plans to target stakeholders and audiences. Identifying several key issues impacting negatively on the programme and offering positive long-term solutions to tackle these. - STEM Insight promotional videos/short films: production of two promotional videos/short films to raise the profile of STEM Insight and positively engage with its audiences with the aim to motivate and inspire. I presented the videos to the strategy group who were impressed and congratulated me on my work. - Managing of STEM Learning magazines: editorial process and planning and organising in the scheduling, liaising with all key contributors including designers and printers, ensuring the project is delivered on time and in full. Proofreading the content is essential, ensuring it adheres to the style guide and our brand, style and layout guidelines. - Print and design tender for STEM Learning Magazine: budget management and decision making based on the evaluation of criteria. The process involved inviting designers and printers, producing a specification, criteria scoring, evaluation of scoring against value for money and quality, appointing the chosen designer and printer with appropriate contractual agreements.
