I've worked with Lisa as she's revamped her co's events and tradeshow programs across the U.S. and globally. She knows how to coordinate simultaneous and concurrent projects, both large scale and small. Lisa's strength is in how effectively she can develop and communicate her strategy and vision for each project, which ultimately makes for real collaboration with creative teams. Above all, Lisa is straightforward, a fun team-player, and someone I've come to trust and respect.

I witnessed Lisa Andersen’s business skills first hand. I had the opportunity to work with her on a corporate wide CRM implementation. Her ability to learn and then execute customizations to the system, listen and then come up with solutions to end-users’ issues and suggestions was impressive. She understood the project from an overall long term solution as well as at a granular, day to day user level, and used her business acumen and her writing skills to tailor make a user-manual to ensure a successful roll-out and adoption of the CRM system. This, along with her responsibilities in regards to advertising, supporting a regional service dealer network, trade show management, and beginning the process of a complete revision of the Kraft Power website proves that her ability to multitask and manage many responsibilities is second to none. I am privileged and honored to have been able to collaborate with her, and learned a great deal for having had the experience. Lisa Andersen will be successful in whatever she sets her mind to.

I manage day-to-day tenant and property needs as well as store operations and financials. Strong customer service orientation and relationship building for brand promotion and customer retention. What sets this company apart and what attracted me particularly is the company culture and systemic WOW factor. Meeting customer needs isn't enough; we seek to enhance the tenant or customer experience and bring a level of care that deepens the relationship and builds a strong customer base. It's what's inside that counts!

Managed communications and marketing efforts for a research institute of 60 professors, researchers, students and staff. Planned, created and implemented marketing collateral, including proposals, reports, articles and books, ads, newsletters, websites, stationery, posters and presentations. “I had the distinct pleasure of being Lisa’s direct supervisor for two years in my role as Associate Dean for Communications and External Relations. Her innate ability, professionalism and high standards served the organization over and over again. She was promoted several times, sent for specialized training, and took on a variety of projects throughout the School. As my key person in the office of Communications, Lisa was responsible for carrying out and implementing a diverse portfolio of desktop publishing, graphic and editing work. But most impressively, she served as the point person for a complete redesign of one of our major research websites, a project that was fraught with impossible deadlines, difficult people and numerous strands of activity. Lisa kept her eye on the prize as an organized task master not only for herself but for a team of disparate people with varying work styles and levels of commitment on the project. She kept her cool, methodically moving toward the next logical step. Working in academia is a unique experience, one that Lisa has learned to navigate and one that will serve her well in any situation. One of the things I found most refreshing about Lisa was her interest and willingness to explore new endeavors. I always appreciated her readiness to go above and beyond the call of duty, to make suggestions on new ways of approaching things, to see the forest through the trees. She straddled the line between big picture and fine detail, qualities that are critical to any effective operation. To find them both in one person is such a coup.” Gillian Najarian, Associate Dean for Communications and External Relations
