I had the pleasure of working with Lisa for over 2 years. Although my title was manager, we were a true team. As soon as she onboarded, Lisa very quickly picked up the details of our implementation processes. But there are some skills you can’t necessarily ‘pick up’ that she possesses. She is completely customer-focused, with the keen ability to sense the customer’s needs and solve their potential issues quickly and with empathy. She is extremely organized and manages her time very well. She can work completely autonomously or on team projects with the same level of energy. Emotionally intelligent people like Lisa are hard to come by. I feel very lucky to have worked with her and still call her a friend. I highly recommend her for any position she may choose to endeavor in the future.

Lisa, thank you for being super productive and caring to implementation and support team! It's clear that you care about your work and take the time to do it correctly as well as efficiently. I especially liked that the way she asked the client about their implementation preferences before full setup, and I'm so impressed by her passion, creativity and willingness to learn and teach! I still remember when I asked her to give me a helping hand on complicated customer support queries as I was struggling to keep up with the workload with the engineering team. Not only did she help out, but she went out of her way to collect the most difficult information that would have been the most time consuming for me. The work she presented to the customer was clear and concise and hugely beneficial to what the school/teacher was doing. Without her help, I would have had to delay this project which was the last thing we needed to do as a team. The extra effort she put into this really made a big difference not only for me but the team also. Again, thank you, Lisa!!!
