I assist the MD of the Tinopolis Group as well as the CEO and the senior management of Mentorn Media. This is a multi-functional role in a fast-paced environment dealing with business heads and industry leaders within the media profession on a daily basis. As an international group of companies I have a lot of contact with all our offices both in the UK the US, along with liaising with clients from around the world. • Extensive calendar management: planning/arranging/reporting on internal and external meetings, last minute changes & welcoming guests at all levels of seniority • Making adequate arrangements for travel to external meetings, including international travel and markets • Attending meetings and taking minutes/action points to then distribute as required • Producing reports and presentations • Social Media and Company Website • Dealing with clients, suppliers, employees and senior members of organisations, including talent, both face to face, over the telephone and via email in a professional manner • Assisting with correspondence: monitoring inbox, printing emails, typing up communication and updating contact/mailing lists • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, archiving, filing, etc • Dealing with expense claims, invoices, departmental subscriptions and memberships • Setting up purchase orders on company Financial Systems: liaising with Accounts Payable • Carrying out background research and presenting findings • Organising company Summer/Christmas parties, screenings and other events • Call screening, as we receive a high volume of sales calls it is my job to manage these effectively, and taking and sending messages when required Show less
